As Afik Group…

For three decades we have designed, built and run the Caesar resorts, from the 7,000-home Caesar Resort in Iskele to seaside villas at Esentepe and Tatlısu.

We stay after handover. Afik manages the rentals, the maintenance and a membership that opens the pools, spas and aqua parks of every Caesar resort to our owners and their guests.

Our expertise

One company from the first plan to the hundredth summer: land, construction, resort operations and the membership that ties them together.

Resort-scale developments⁽⁰¹⁾

We plan whole resorts, not single blocks.

Caesar Resort brings 7,000 homes, 15 pools, restaurants, shops and a medical centre together in one gated community near Long Beach.

Built by our own teams⁽⁰²⁾

Reliability and quality of construction are what Afik is known for.

We design and build every project ourselves to the same standard, and publish construction progress for each live site.

Resorts we keep running⁽⁰³⁾

After handover we stay on site.

Afik operates the restaurants, spas, pools and maintenance, and lets owners' homes year-round through Afik Rentals.

One membership, every resort⁽⁰⁴⁾

Book or buy at one Caesar resort and use them all.

Owners, their families and their tenants share the facilities of every Caesar project in North Cyprus.
