Maintenance fees 2026
Fixed until 31 December 2026
Fees are payable by the owner in British pounds, in advance for each payment period. They took effect on 1 January 2026.

Payments are due within 14 days of the start of each period. Late payment carries a penalty of £15 per month. Water is bought as credit at reception in resorts where the maintenance company supplies it.
