A developer thatstays after the keys
As Afik Group…
Afik Construction Ltd is an international development and construction company working in Cyprus and Turkey. Afik Group founded Caesar Projects in 1995.
We use our local knowledge in both countries to find good land, then design and build each project ourselves to the same construction standard. Reliability and quality of construction are what we are known for.
After handover we stay on. Afik runs the resorts, the rentals, the maintenance and the Caesar Projects membership, so owners deal with one company from the first viewing onwards.
